Tart and Tart Burner Safety

Although Tart Burning and Warming is one of the safest ways to have the effects of a candle in your home normal precautions must be taken

Never leave tart burners/warmers unattended

Please use common sense when using around animals and children

Always place your tart burner/warmer away from drafts, children, animals and in areas where tart burner could be knocked over.

All burners are not the same-Some burners on the market heat at too high of a temperature either causing the tarts to burst into flames or burn the wax and create a not so great smell.

Please use a tart warmer/burner that is made specifically for tarts.  Do not use a potpourri burner or a tart burner that when the tea light is lit the flame touches the bottom of the warmer pot!

I prefer the electric warmers over the tea light candle warmers as the light bulbs get just hot enough to melt the wax to disperse the scent and has no flame which is a lot less risky than the open tea light option.
